RSSNetflix Watch Now Additions for September 10
I wrote a perl script that extracts the weekly additions to (and deletions from) the Netflix Watch Now service by using data gathered from Netflixwatchnow. blogspot.com. This is data for the last two weeks.
Of Note in this batch is Bodog Fight: Series 1 (MMA Fights), Speed, Quantum Leap Seasons 1-5, Saved by the Bell Seasons 2-4, the entire Buck Rogers Series, Three Nuts in Search of a Bolt (Mamie Van Doren), Promises, Promises (The first movie where Jayne Mansfield lets the girls out for air), Love Me Tender (Elvis), and Casper. All are marked with a *.

Bummer. They deleted “Cat People”.
Nothing beats a movie where Nastassja Kinski runs around sans clothing for 80% of the movie. Or at least back then it seemed like 80% of the movie…

Hi Jon,
I just wanted to mention a wonderful film I watched on the Netflix Watch Now Service. It is called “Animals are Beautiful People” and it was great. It took 4 years to make and it covers different areas of the desert in Africa. What is extra good is that many of the scenes are choreographed to classical music and there is not any scenes of predators eating each other per se. I would highly recommend a look/see for it is worth the time.

I’m a fan of Tora, Tora, Tora! And I’ve heard great things about Weeping Camel so I’ll prolly end up watching it this weekend. IMHO, you can’t go wrong with Buck Rogers!

I’ll have to check out those… biddibiddibiddi recommendations. It’s sad, but I’ve been watching Quantum Leap too. I was thinking about going back to re-watch sliders too, which has 2x the sadness.
I never even heard of Cat People. I can’t believe I missed it.
